GENERAL ORDER INFORMATION
- Please note: orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after Checkout!
- If the items you order do not fit, you can ship them back in return for an In Store or Online Store Credit! No REFUNDS!
- Merchandise may be returned for ONLINE STORE CREDIT only within 15 days from the order date! Credit will be applied for merchandise only, not any of the handling or shipping fees.
- We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for ANY shipping FEES!
- For in store pick ups not picked up after a year of purchase, items will be donated.
- If you have any questions regarding items or shipping before your purchase, feel free to call us at 318-387-3115 and ask for a website manager, and we will be happy to assist you!
SHIPPING
- All Shipping within the United States is $6.50!
- Shipping to Canada is $30
- Items can take up to 3 days to process and ship from our location to you, but normally we ship Same Day!
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR: items lost in transit or delays in shipping! You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is shipped! Please contact your mail courier before contacting us! We will try to help you as much as possible, but some mailing issues are out of our control!
WRONG ADDRESS
- We are not responsible for wrong shipping addresses! It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of the order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please contact us at 318-387-3115 and ask for a website manager. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.

- If the items you order do not fit, you can ship them back in return for an Online or In Store Credit! NO REFUNDS!
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and must have the original tags still intact. Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, cigarette smoke, pet hair or any other stains/elements. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you and will be subject to additional shipping costs.
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON END OF SEASON SALE ITEMS OR ITEMS DISCOUNTED 50% OR MORE (NOT INCLUDING BOGO SALES)
- Must be returned within 15 days of delivery date with receipt!
- Please include a copy of your packing slip along with our RETURN FORM that you received with your package!
- We are NOT responsible for return SHIPPING cost!
- ALL SALES FINAL on patch merchandise due to sensitive material. HAND WASH ONLY.
EXCHANGES
- Due to our limited quantities and high demand of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges on any items. Returned merchandise will be processed for STORE CREDIT ONLY in the form of a physical gift card to use in store or an e-gift card to use online at shopcaras.com.
- Once you have received your store credit, you can then checkout with your new desired size, if available!
DEFECTS OR DAMAGED ITEMS
- If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us at 318-387-3115 or email us at hello@shopcaras.com within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving the item, then it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage / defect with your email.
- We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing!
